TDOT is running new traffic counts in South Knoxville this week. Chapman Highway, Moody Ave, and JWP all have counters running.
Because a winter storm and impending ice storm won't affect their readings at all.
I wouldn't be surprised if local news reporters are driving in circles to hit the counters as many times as possible so they have a story when the new numbers come out.
